FT 2448MD

The FT2448MD is a (RSR) room-side replaceable, fan-powered unit that uses a centrifugal blower designed to handle higher external static pressures. This is often encountered when drawing air through ductwork or plenums. The standard MD is built of mill aluminum however anodized aluminum, painted and stainless steel adapt themselves perfectly to this unit, taking full advantage of its flanged construction where a smooth look and heavy-duty construction is a must. The FT2448MD is also available in a 2' x 4' design with an integral flow-thru light fixture with either 2' or 4' fluorescent lights.

FT2448LO

The FT2448LO is the premium fan-filtered unit. It shares the advantages of the MD unit, such as a smooth, clean exterior made of the customer's choice of construction material and the options for fluorescent lighting as well. The LO unit replaces the centrifugal blower of the MD with (2) 100-watt backward curved impellers, making the best use of the low ceiling space found in many cleanrooms.

AT2000

The AT2000 is Atmos-Tech Industries' most economical fan-filtered unit. It features a mill aluminum housing with 160-watt impeller, standard speed control, protective face screen and optional power-on pilot light. The AT2000 uses a universal blower housing which can be interchangeably mated to either roomside replaceable or non-roomside replaceable filters making for a more versatile fan-filter unit.

Verti-Flo ("VF")

The Verti-Flo style unit constructed by Atmos-Tech Industries is a roomside replaceable, ducted terminal filter module. The construction is similar to our FT fan-powered units, using inward-turn flanges and providing a smooth, airtight exterior and optional construction materials. Filtration is provided through a standard HEPA or optional ULPA filter, gasket or gel-sealed . Airflow is controlled by an internal balancing damper adjusted from roomside.

The T-Grid series as designed by Atmos-Tech Industries, is built to efficiently and economically meet any cleanroom requirement. Whether ducted terminal modules or fan-powered, all T-Grid modules use individually scan-tested HEPA or ULPA filters, depending on the requirements of the critical environment. Units can also be built using various grades of DOP and Ashrae medias. Standard housing construction is aluminum, however units can be manufactured out of anodized aluminum or stainless steel. Atmos-Tech Industries' T-Grid series is built to fit a standard cleanroom T-Grid system in nominal 2' x 2' and 2' x 4' sizes but can be constructed in special sizes as well.

T-MOD:

This disposable, low-cost unit offers special advantages for cleanroom applications where ceiling plenum space is limited, the particular work executed in the space is complemented by total-unit disposal/replacement, and where cost containment is a high priority.

T-Mod units are supplied as 2' x 4' or 2' x 2' modules, ready for drop-in installation in a standard T-Grid ceiling.

The self-contained filtering and clean air distributing unit is housed in a completely sealed anodized aluminum frame. To ensure a total positive seal, each unit is supplied with a 1/4" x1/8" foam gasket to secure the unit to the T-Grid at installation. The pre-tested, 2" thick separator-free HEPA filter housed within the frame is rated 99.99% efficient on 0.3 micron sized particles. The filter is protected by a white expanded metal screen.

Installation is quick and simple. Each unit is equipped with a collar which easily connects to a flexible duct in the central air supply system. Once the module is sealed in the T-Grid and the duct connection is made, the unit is ready for operation.

Air-flow is regulated by a centerport plate damper, and adjustments are easily made from within the room using an ordinary screwdriver through an access in the grille face.

When replacement is required, the module is removed from the T-Grid and a new T-Mod unit is installed. The entire process is complete in matter of minutes.

Manufactured under the rigid quality control applied to all Atmos-Tech products, T-Mod disposable filter ceiling modules provide a high-performance, maintenance-free, lower-cost solution to many air filtration situations.
