Atmos-Tech laminar flow wall modules provide a simple and economical supply of clean air to a critical area. These units are used for horizontal laminar flow tunnels and/or cleanrooms, for upgrading existing facilities and for new contamination control requirements. Wall modules will provide class 100 conditions as specified in ISO and Federal Standard 209E. Air velocity of 90 +/- 20 % FPM supplies 100 CFM of clean air per square foot of filter area which, combined with the two-step air filtration process assures a particle efficiency better than 99.99% on all particles of 0.3 micron or larger.
